“Viva Vegas is a celebration of Las Vegas, created, choreographed, and performed entirely by the artists of Nevada Ballet Theatre. This show is our tribute to both the classic charm of Old Vegas and the vibrant, new energy we bring to the stage. As dancers rooted in this community, we’re dedicated to sharing the joy of dance with our city, but sustaining a career in the arts requires ongoing support. Viva Vegas serves as a vital fundraiser for our Artist Resource Fund, supporting dancers with career transitions, higher education, emergency assistance, and more. We can’t wait to celebrate this city with you and give back to the community that inspires us every day!” Zachary Kushubar and Jaime DeRocker, Project Managers of Viva Vegas

Dance aficionados of all ages are invited to step into the glitz and glamour of old Vegas with Viva Vegas—a spectacular night of dance and entertainment in support of the Nevada Ballet Theatre Artist Resource Fund. Organized by the artists of Nevada Ballet Theatre, this fundraiser takes place at the Neonopolis Notoriety Theatre, 450 Fremont Street, starting at 4 p.m. on Nov. 3.

The evening will feature seven original numbers choreographed by the talented artists of Nevada Ballet Theatre. Rooted in classical ballet, each piece brings a fresh blend of jazz and vintage Vegas flair set to music by icons like Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.

The show stars some of Nevada Ballet Theatre’s finest, including two dancers who have graced the stage in lead roles for over 10 years. Additionally, the evening will introduce fresh faces who bring new energy and excitement to the Vegas stage including Christina Ghiardi, captivating the audience with a feathery solo, and Betsy Lucas, delighting in a charming duet.

Viva Vegas is an event created by and for the artists of Nevada Ballet Theatre, with all proceeds going toward the Artist Resource Fund. This fund provides essential resources and professional development opportunities, supporting creative growth and sustainability among the artists of Nevada Ballet Theatre.
