Staged Reading
Emma Joseph, a recent law school graduate works tirelessly to uphold her family’s progressive ideals: fighting for liberal causes, denouncing totalitarian principles and founding the Joe Joseph fund, named for her once-blacklisted grandfather, a revolutionary socialist who refused to name names. As she now fights to exonerate a death row inmate being punished for his own radical beliefs, Emma discovers an inconvenient truth that threatens to upend everything she believes about her family’s past, challenging the very foundation of the activist ideology to which she’s devoted her life.
