Brown, The Wiz won seven Tony Awards including Best Musical, and had a triumphant four-year run on Broadway. The Wiz features a Tony Award-winning musical score with enchanting songs like “Brand New Day,” “Home,” and “Ease On Down the Road!” In 1978, The Wiz was made into a cult-classic movie, and in 2015 NBC premiered a live-stage production of The Wiz that broadcasted to over 11.5 million viewers across the world.
